Our friends at the artist management agency "act·art·mgt" host a roster of experimental talents from across the country. This evening showcases several of those exceptional voices. Kee Avil (Montreal) will present a unique show for the launch of her debut album Crease, released in March 2022 on Constellation and lauded for its viscous, shredded body of songs; Myriam Bleau will produce live visuals inspired by the album. Opening the show, composer & cellist Mark Molnar will present a solo performance of his uniquely raw, brooding and visceral pieces; he will then be joined by a unique collaborative ensemble gathering experimental violonists Jessica Moss (Montreal) and Meredith Bates (Vancouver), as well as other guests.
